Walnut Run's Restricitve Covenants
Before the first foundation was dug, Walnut Run's developers wanted to create a community and subdivision that would provide future homeowner's with a place that would provide lasting value for their real estate investment. The neighborhood's restrictive covenants were designed to protect each home owner's property.
The covenants include:
- Homes must be a minimum of 1,600 sq. ft.
- All lots will include only one single family swelling
- All homes must include attached garages
- Minimum of 20 ft. between homes
